Syniad’s Ecoscreen Venture Raises the First Round of Capital and Renames as Gemina Laboratories Limited

VANCOUVER, BC, February 1, 2021 – Syniad Innovations Inc (“Syniad”) is pleased to announce that EcoScreen Solutions Inc. has completed a $3m round of equity finance amalgamated with D1 Capital Corporation.  The newly combined entity will be renamed Gemina Laboratories Limited (“Gemina”). The transaction is designed to provide Gemina with an enlarged treasury to advance its proprietary sensing platform and prepare the Company for a public market listing later this year.
