Patronus Technologies Inc. Announces Victoria Calvert as Independent Director

(the “Company” or “Patronus”), a commercialization accelerator focused on advanced dual-use materials for specialized defense and civilian industrial applications, has announced the appointment of Victoria Calvert, Professor Emeritus of Entrepreneurship for Mount Royal University, to the position of Independent Director, effective immediately.

In addition to her professorship, Victoria has served as a consultant and board member for over thirty years, including roles with TSX listed companies such as AltaGas Ltd. and Xtract Technologies Inc., as well as with Crown Agencies, academic alliances and non-profit organizations. She brings extensive expertise in governance, specializing in stakeholder relationships, strategic planning, and capital allocation frameworks.

With a proven track record in venture launch, growth, and harvest, Victoria excels in mentoring management teams to optimize organizational growth by aligning strategic imperatives with a high-performance culture, integrated systems, and effective execution.
