Vancouver, British Columbia – April 15, 2025: Syniad Innovations Inc. is pleased to announce its venture Patronus Technologies Inc. (“Patronus”), a North American accelerator for advanced materials innovation has appointed Lori Scotvold to its Board of Directors.
Lori is a Chartered Professional Accountant (“CPA”) and brings with her a great deal of senior leadership and financial management experience. Prior to becoming an independent consultant and board member, Lori was engaged in information technology, strategy and planning, business optimization, and accounting and audit in the energy sector, including with Enbridge, Husky Energy, and Nexen. Her education includes a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from Dalhousie University.
In addition, Lori has served as a consultant and board member for over a decade, including on audit, risk, governance, and strategy committees across various organizations, providing guidance in finance, accounting, audit, treasury, and public company reporting. Her expertise includes setting and executing strategic technology roadmaps, analytics and enterprise data management, innovation and digital transformation, and enabling business capabilities through technology. Lori has extensive expertise in budgeting, forecasting, long-term strategic planning, and ESG performance metrics, enabling her to provide valuable oversight and guidance.
