Vancouver, British Columbia – October 9, 2025: Syniad Innovations Inc. is pleased to announce that Anodyne Chemistries (“Anodyne”) has appointed Bridie Barrett and John Nicols to its Board of Directors. Ms. Barrett has an extensive career in investment banking and currently serves as a Partner at Brunswick Group, a global advisory firm. Mr. Nicols is the former president and CEO of Codexis, where he led growth and transformation of Codexis into one of the leading synthetic biology companies.

John brings the perspective of a successful, tenured CEO of a public company, and the demonstrated ability to create innovative products and spur international growth. Their strengths will further enhance our Board, support the execution of our strategy and help propel Anodyne toward its future vision.”
