Syniad Appoints Ceri Morgan as Independent Director

September 30, 2022, Vancouver, British Columbia – Syniad Innovations Inc (“Syniad”) is delighted to announce the appointment of Ceri Morgan as an independent director.

Ceri joins Syniad after a storied career in the UK financial and technology markets.  She was previously at Oxford Science Enterprises (OSE), where she was head of late-stage investments.  Like Syniad, OSE is a balance sheet investor that specializes in making investments in science emanating from Oxford University. It has assets under management of >$1B, having raised another $250m on its balance sheet in July 2022. Previously, Ceri held several senior investment banking roles in London with Numis (where she was top-ranked for nearly a decade), Peel Hunt, and Evolution Securities.  She is a trained doctor specializing in Cardiology and trauma medicine.
