Patronus Technologies Announces North American Distribution Agreement with NextInox

Vancouver, British Columbia – June 30, 2025: Syniad Innovations Inc. is pleased to announce its venture Patronus Technologies Inc. (“Patronus”), a North American accelerator for advanced materials innovation has forged a strategic distribution license agreement with NextInox, a Finnish company specializing in high-performance stainless steel products. Under the agreement, Patronus will market and distribute NextInox products across North America.

This partnership brings NextInox’s cutting-edge stainless steel technologies to a broader industrial and commercial audience in North America. The agreement also sets the stage for deeper future collaboration in product development and advanced applications.
