Montréal, Quebec – August 28, 2025: Kothar Computing, a Syniad Innovations venture, is today announcing the launch of FORGE, a next generation scientific computing platform that solves complex quantum many-body problems with extremely high performance. A hundred years after Werner Heisenberg’s paradigm shifting first quantum mechanics paper, this marks the dawn of the age where quantum physicists no longer need to also be computer scientists or software engineers.
For the first time, quantum researchers can easily model and solve complex physics problems in minutes instead of months, right from a user-friendly discovery environment in their browser.
Built upon its proprietary Quantum Symbolic Algebraic Framework, Kothar’s FORGE reinterprets, compresses, and accelerates problems to overcome previous compute constraints. The result is a fast, interactive computational physics environment capable of forging scientific insights orders of magnitude quicker than before.
“We have created a world where the undergraduate of today can be as proficient as the best computational physicist of yesterday,” said Kothar CEO Jonathon Riddell. “We are building a unified scientific computing platform, enabling heterogeneous computing today and for the impending quantum future. Kothar’s FORGE is designed to be the universal solution to quantum physics simulation, a toolset that is sorely missing today. It will be a physicist’s comprehensive workshop: simulate, visualize, and draft publications all in one environment.”
Kothar is currently onboarding its first academic users, and will release its first public showcase of results produced with the platform soon. Signup now to be considered as an early adopter. Only a limited number of academic users will gain early access to Kothar’s Forge. Interested physicists, potential partners, and investors can sign up at www.kotharcomputing.com/signup.
