
Vancouver, British Columbia – September 18, 2025: Syniad Innovations Inc. is pleased to announce that Anodyne Chemistries (“Anodyne”) has recruited industry leader Jim Rekoske as SVP Commercialization. In this role, Jim will advance commercial strategy at Anodyne – bringing their innovative Bioelectric™️products directly to leading product manufacturers, accelerating revenue growth, and deepening commercial pipeline.
With more than 29 years of experience in the chemical industry, Jim has built and led high-performing teams across every stage of growth. He began his career at Honeywell UOP, where he ascended to become the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Jim had global responsibility for the entire technology organization at UOP, ranging from basic and applied research on new materials, catalysts, membranes and adsorbents through to process development, scale-up and commercialization. Most recently Jim was the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Technology Platforms & Growth at Ecolab. In this role, he directed R&D strategy and execution for the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention.
Jim holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware, and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, where he was the Amy and Richard F. Wallman Scholar. His deep understanding of chemical industry trends, technology maturation and market dynamics will be instrumental in ensuring that Anodyne remains at the forefront of global decarbonization efforts innovation.

Jim is no stranger to Anodyne, having previously served as Chair of the Advisory Board. Now, he joins the team to lead commercialization efforts—refining their go-to-market strategy, aligning their capabilities with the evolving needs of the industry, and working closely with operators to deliver great value, high-performance chemical solutions. His proven ability to merge deep technical insight with strategic commercial execution will be critical as they continue to expand their reach and impact.
